Vegan 101 Course

You’re just starting off. There may be a lot of questions you have, uncertainty if this is for you and don’t even know where to get started. This is a vegan basics program.

You’re going to learn the environmental and health impacts of choosing to eat less meat. How to make meals that aren’t only nutritious but tasty too and how to figure out what in the world is vegan and what’s not. By the end you’ll be so confident in your choice!

A 10 day jumpstart to reset you gut with whole food nutrition. The Shred10® program is a fun, effective, and do-able jumpstart to better health. It’s a 10-day jumpstart to a 4-month period of education and healthy changes. “Shred” certain foods and habits that may not be serving you well and will focus on cleaner living and flooding your body with whole-food nutrition.
